Young Adult and Family Ministries at SRBC

At Starkey Road Baptist Church, we believe that community is a vital part of a growing relationship with Jesus Christ. As we pursue the mission to find, follow, and share Jesus, we know that it is important to do that alongside of other people, both in the same season as us, and those before and behind us. We have various ministries that meet weekly, monthly, and throughout the year at different times. There's something here for everyone, and every stage of life.

Community 242

Community 242 exists to lead people into a thriving and growing relationship with Christ. We have modeled our ministry off of Acts 2:42 and strive to make the teaching of God's word, prayer, worship, and fellowship the center of everything we do.

Wednesdays: 6:45pm - 8pm

Thrive Marriage Ministry

Come join the conversation to be challenged, encouraged and equipped as we work together to strengthen our marriages.

We meet the third Friday night of every month, 7pm-8:30pm, September through May. The meetings are free to attend, and childcare is $10.00 per family.

SRBC MOPS

MOPS is a ministry which brings together mothers of preschoolers. MOPS allows you to meet and build friendships with moms in your local community. The early years of being a mom are just as foundational to you as they are to your baby, and those years are filled with unique needs that other moms instinctively understand.

MOPS meets on the second Friday of every month from 9am-12pm, September through May.

Men's & Women's Ministries

We have ministries that are specifically dedicated to serving both men and women. We have men's and women's Bible studies at different times throughout the year.
