Our Volunteers
Our student and adult volunteers are specifically trained to care for your student! Each of our adult volunteers are required to have a level 2 background check through the Pinellas County School system and go through training to serve and care for your student at their Bible Club.
Small Group Fellowship
Each week your student will have the opportunity to build community with our volunteers and other students in our small groups! We will use this time to discuss how their day is going and care for them by encouraging them!
Bible Lesson
Our bible clubs use the curriculum TeamKID. TeamKID is a fun, high-energy ministry that encourages kids to know Jesus Christ and to grow in a relationship with Him. That’s why TeamKID ends with KID. KID stands for Kids in Discipleship! All parts of TeamKID — Bible stories, Scripture memory, mission activities, life application, and recreation games — connect to teach life lessons to kids.
Bible Activities
This rotation of a TeamKID session presents fun, hands-on activities to help kids learn key Bible concepts, study their Bibles deeper, and work on Scripture memorization, Bible skills, and deeper understanding.
Missions
The missions rotation invites children to experience a missionary and/or missionary family through a missions video or activity. It encourages kids in finding ways they can live “on mission” in their homes and community.
Games
The games rotation reinforces the truths from the session through high energy games and activities.
Closing
This final rotation brings all TeamKIDs back together to refocus and recap what was presented in the session. TeamKIDs recall the key points, Key Verse, and action steps of their time together.
Pick Up
Starkey Road Bible Clubs and its volunteers do not provide transportation to or from club location. Parents/Guardians must arrange transportation and pick up children promptly at the end of club time.
5th Grade Leadership
Our Leadership Team gives 5th-grade students the opportunity to serve others, set an example, grow as leaders, and learn what it means to lead like Jesus.
