LOCAL MISSIONS
WINTERFEST
December brings cooler weather and a fun time of games, food, inflatables, and culminating in a tree lighting ceremony.
Trunk or Treat
On Halloween night, our parking lot is full of cars decorated in fun designs and candy is given to the children who come. While much candy is given out, so are tracts and a gospel presentation, all in an effort to make inroads into our community.
Easter Egg Drop
Easter eggs will be dropped by helicopter for our pre- school and school age children to gather. There will also be a church–wide picnic, bounce houses, and games.
Evangelism Explosion (EE)
Classes are offered throughout the year. These classes are hands on to help participants feel comfortable in sharing their faith in a variety of situations.
Prison Ministry
Each Sunday a SRBC volunteer goes to the Pinellas County Jail for a “church service” and the gospel is presented. Mailbox Club correspondence Bible Studies are also offered for deeper study in the Word.

National
SRBC actively supports 8 American missionaries. Our American based missionaries serve in areas ranging from missions organizations, Christian camps, and Children’s ministries.
Global
Internationally, SRBC supports 42 missionary families. These families serve primarily in Africa, Asia, Australia, and a variety of countries in Europe, South America, and the Caribbean.

Short Term Trips
Mission Trips are offered each year. They are planned to meet the various needs of the missionaries we support—they may be for construction, out- reach, youth-related or medical.
Missions Conference
The Annual Mission Conference in February is a time for the whole church to come together through various activities to get to know visiting missionaries and become aware of the need for missions in our ever changing world.
